When it comes to fashion I have always believed that is all about the balance between current trends and your personal style... not everybody is 6 ft, LOL.
I personally find my inspiration (and my favorite treasures) in Vintage stores and Charity shops; YES, it's a long bargain hunt sometimes but nothing beats the excitement of finding that little unexpected piece that will make the difference in your wardrobe.

A romantic scarf-coat (knotted in a bow), pastel colored trouser and, to still be contemporary, patent ankle boots and a silver clutch can give you a sophisticated look, because sometimes you don't need fifty shades of grey, but just five shades of PINK!
