Details that change everything

I love how a single piece or garment can change the whole look of your outfit. It could be a jacket, a hat, shoes or in this case a small piece of fabric like a bow tie. I bought it because I love the colour and the print and it gives me the option to mix and match. It gives the possability to create varied looks as the nerd, the smartone and the hipster. At this point, you may have noticed that I love the smart/ casual chic. This post is another proof of it.

The bow tie is combined with an old light denim shirt. I bought it in Cyprus more than five years ago. I'd never thought that it would last that long and that I would wear it as much as I did. Definitely a really good buy. Here, I am wearing the same slim navy trousers and stripy socks as in my previous post but this time with red coloured leather brogues. They have wooden soles and navy laces matching the trousers. A beige Mac for eventual rain and a red and pink clutch bag matching the shoes and the bow tie to give the look the last finish.
